Installing a Cyberstorm MK III
« on: February 03, 2006, 04:22:39 AM »
OK,

Now that I have received the Cyberstorm PPC for my A4000D I am having trouble with the instalation of the software. Acording to the manual that I downloaded I need to install the "system disk" software onto my amiga befor I install the cyberstorm. I downloaded the "System Disk" software from the Phase5 site but it dose not seem to install in the right place. Where do I install it on my hard drive? (I thought it would automaticly install into the right place but it is not) :-?

Thanks Guys,

I got it working :-D

Now my question is I do want to use a SCSI drive @Mat_H, If you say that the Cyberstorms SCSI Tools are crappy what are my other options? (I dont want to spend any money to by anything). And can I just use the SCSI drive instead of the current IDE? (I want to pull it and boot from the SCSI)
By the way I am running OS3.1 but have the upgrade to 3.5 Im a little cautious about upgrading to it. Should it be ok to do so and install it on the SCSI drive? I want to keep the IDE as a system backup.
