It is a generic problem.  On OS4, I have 512MB here and that site got me down to 512KB and killed my mouse (the mouse problem is obviously an OS4 bug).  Swap partition appeared to be being utilised.  I closed the page and memory shot back up to around 200MB (unplugged and reconnected my mouse to get that working again!).

Nice to know the low memory/swap is working correctly for NetSurf under OS4.1, but that page obviously has other problems - please report it to NetSurf developers (in the bug tracker linked from http://www.netsurf-browser.org)
