Fullscreen Apps
« on: February 24, 2011, 09:45:49 PM »
Something that was common on the Amiga MANY years ago is now a "feature" in OS X Lion. Fullscreen apps. http://www.apple.com/macosx/lion/
I mean, it's 2011, and Apple is still playing catch up. I do like Apple, I currently use a Macbook Pro, but c'mon. Also, OS X is getting more bloated with each new release.
Amigas:
A1000, 8mb Phoenix Fast-Ram Expansion
A2000HD, Kick 3.1, Fusion 68040, 20megs Fast Ram, Genlock

Well, I think I read somewhere that in the new OS, any application can be made fullscreen, and you'll be able to switch between fullscreen apps easily, similar to the Amiga screen dragging concept of years gone by.
