whell..i know a triky way for do this.format a 1.44 pc disk to 720k,the only way to do it in win Xp is trough CMD,if you have previus win edition it can be done through the format disk menu.ok so fr,you have format your 720k disk,you have copy the adf(or other) file to disk.all you have to do is to mount the disk in amiga,give the command: mount pc0:
you are ready
if your file is larger than 720k you will need a split/joiner file manager.
