TBH, if you call somebody a "dickhead" or a "mong" then you have to expect them to be a bit irritated, no matter how annoying the advert might have been to you.

My comment was directed at both people who made comments, not just Hell_Labs. There's no need to make a big deal out of it - I just don't think there was any need to be rude to the guy.

Irrelevant. The rude comments were made before you knew about that. If I was in his position I'd be quite upset to read comments like that on a forum, and to be honest I'd probably be tempted to piss on it too.
