I remember Screwball Scramble. It was great! I'm glad you can still buy it. Is it identical to the original?

The second game you are talking about is Kongman. I had that too as a child and loved it. If you Google it, make sure you spell it as one word otherwise you won't find it.

The third one rings a bell but I can't quite picture it or remember its name. Not sure I ever actually had that one as a kid.

Hope that helps with Kongman, and thanks for bringing back some memories :)

Hi,

Check this link out: http://www.retro-trader.com/tomyhand.htm

Hope help ya...

Yes, it's on that page :) You can see the spelling is "AAAAGHH!". Clearly Tomy didn't consider that people would one day be typing the name of this game into a search engine, otherwise they would have given it a more easily spelled name ;) Also, how do you actually pronounce it? Do you just say "arg" as in the first three sounds in "argon", or do you pronounce it with a frustrated scream? If the latter, that's going to be a bit inconvenient.

There are some better pics here:

@crawff & @motorollin

Thanks guys!  I've spent ages searching for this and didn't even get a sniff!  The game was also called Tricky Traps and searching for Tomy Tricky Traps on youtube even brings back a few vids of it.  Marvellous :-)

Glad you found what you were looking for :D I found some videos of Screwball Scramble in YouTube - they really brought back some memories! Looking at the video of AAAAGHH/Tricky Traps, it does seem familiar but I think I might be confusing it with Kongman.

I couldn't find a video of anybody playing Kongman, but here's the TV ad, which shows most parts of the game:
