I think you need to be more specific. What is your setup? How is the error presented (in the shell? Dialogue box? If the latter, what is the title of the box?) How far does it get in to the boot sequence? Can you give any details about your startup-sequence and user-startup to give any possible clues? What was the last thing you did before this error started appearing (i.e. apps recently installed)?
