Yep, there are WHDLoad installers for lots of CD32 games. Go to
www.whdload.de and check for an installer for your game. Usually the same installer will all versions of the game, including CD32 if it is supported. You can read the Info page for each installer to check compatibility.
The disadvantage of doing it this way is that you lose the CD32 audio tracks. But AFAIK there is no way to mount the CD image and boot to a CD32 emulation.
