Have a look on Emaculation. There's a Fusion/ShapeShifter hardfile with a basic system pre-installed. It's enough to boot the emulator and install the OS.

You can download 7.5.3 from here. The starter image I linked to above includes Stuffit Expander which can decompress each individual file. Then you just double click on the .smi file (Self Mounting Image) and you will get an image mounted on the desktop containing the 7.5.3 installer. Run the installer and install it on your empty hardfile.
