The ISA slots in an Amiga are inactive. They have only power connected to them. No data lines are connected to the Amiga side at all. They are only used by a bridgeboard. So if you connected a bridgeboard to an Amiga and then put this card in one of the ISA slots, and if you could find software for this ISA card which would run on the bridgeboard, then it might work. But I think it's very unlikely that it would work.

But how would you control it? There are no PS\2 ports so you can't connect a keyboard or mouse. Presumably on a *supported* machine these functions would be provided by software, passing the host computer's keyboard and mouse events to the ISA card via the ISA slot.
