T-Zer0 copy protection

Does anyone know of a patch to remove the copy protection from T-Zer0? It's really annoying having to get the manual out of the CD case every time I complete a level. I tried the T-Zer0 trainer on Aminet but it just gives you invulnerability etc.

Yes it shows some symbols and you have to match them in a table at the back of the manual and then enter the corresponding code.

Now now, don't get my thread deleted :-) I own the game and am looking for a way to play it without the copy protection, just like WHDLoad. I'm not interested in discussing torrent sites.

Well I just loaded the T-Zer0 executable in to a hex editor and searched for some of the numbers you have to type in for the copy protection in the hopes that I could just change them all to zeroes, but I couldn't find them. I suppose they're either encrypted, or in a different file. I might have a look inside some of the data files tomorrow if I have time.

I like the idea that you have to dig out the origional book to make sure you are using the licenced one.

Yeah, you're right. We'd better ban discussion of WHDLoad from amiga.org too since that also removes copy protection :roll:
