I have been using SFS for years and have never, ever had this error. I really think you should back up the contents of the partitions, then *completely* erase the disk. If possible, put it in a PC and use a zero fill utility to ditch the whole RDB. Then download a 1.x version of SFS, create a new RDB and install SFS in to it. Recreate all the partitions, slow format them and copy your data back.
