Microdirect ONLY sells double sides simms and the ones they send out are the thin ones which only reads out in a Amiga board half of what the mb states
Well my simms I got from them (as well as many people from the mediator group) ARE single sided and don't have any memory paging problems.
When I got my 64MB chip, I enquired about the 128MB and I was told they were from the same source and would be OK.
