The OS3.9 idea is a good one, as there are solutions that work, built in.
However if your budget don't even stretch to that, the following are available free:

Note, both Miami and Ibrowse are time limited (30 mins IIRC).
There is no hope of regestering Miami, so don't even ask :~/ Ibrowse can be upgraded, just follow the link above. YAM is open source, unrestricted and free.
For help setting it all up
Amiga University has links to check. Some are broken, others are a little out of date, but check them out anyway.
Failing that, ask here!!!
