I'm on the Matrox ML and I got sent a CD with mini clips on showing off what the RTx10 and x100 can do, impressive stuff! That's why I mentioned it in my post, it'd be a great bonus to have something like that on the A1. Since Matrox and Amiga have some kind of 'relationship', it wouldn't be out of the question for an Amiga developer to get the hardware details.

An Amiga equivelant of TMPEnc would be cool,as would a clone of VirtualDub.

Well you could always contact NASA and ask the for the details of the company that make the visors for the astronauts.
They're coated with a special 24 carat gold film which stops all kind of 'death rays'. The same technology is used on the cockpit windows on Concorde.
Not only would it protect you, but it would look pretty cool as well.
