By way of explanation here is the E-Mail I received from the youth centre..
"Hi Michael
Ian has asked me to email you to send his apologies that unfortunately Graham Matthews Youth Centre is unavailable for your provisional booking of 20th September. This is because the photography project that is being held on the same day now involves the use of digital cameras, so the young people will need to use the computers in the back room.

Provisional ? I booked it last week I personally filled in the form. All was OK'd.

I was under the impression I had booked the room, date, timings and price agreed, booking form completed ?
The only caveat was the outdoor group would need access to the toilets. Which as discussed would have been no problem."
