I have to agree with the Android statement. I have an iPhone and a myTouch 3G here, and the iPhone runs a bit smoother, but the basic design of the Android is much better. My myTouch is at leas one generation behind already. I got to play briefly with a pals Droid, and it was noticibly better than the myTouch. In the brief time with it, it felt on par with the iPhone. No doubt the Nexus is noticibly better than the Droid.
As I said in another thread... It looks like we are seeing the Apple vs. the PC battle all over again, and it looks like it will play out the same.
