This is why you should never allow your bank to issue you a "check card". If you use a credit card, you can contest it, and the credit card company does the fighting. I actually had that problem with MS myself with their Gaming Zone. I tried Asherons Call, found out that it sucked, and when I cancelled they kept trying to charge me. The CC company took care of the problem for me.
Never let any company that don't completely trust take money directly from your checking account. Burn your check cards. Use your ATM cards only at your bank. Use a credit card anywhere that you need/want the convenence of a cashless transaction.
