AFAIR you have to make a larger than the resolution page and use the "Camera Move" function from animation menu. I vaguely remember that I had to make a buffer of, say, 320x256 and a secondary which was larger and, somehow, it worked. But don't expect big animations as chip ram runs low quickly.....
