No good on the monitor. Seller waited until after I bidded and changed the auction listings details then asked me if it was ok that it didn't have a remote or a stand.

No good I kinda need to have it supported in some way and change the channel.

You would think these twits would admit that from the start, wouldn't you?

TWITS? I preffer the term douche...
at any rate that was the scam let someone bid on it then change the scope of what's inlcuded after they've bought the thing then send an email that tries to tell me this TV monitor never came with a stand or remote. Typical sheister.

I ordered a Scart to Component adapter. I need to connect to a regular TV. As far as indivivsion I sold mine with a clear disclosure of the problems I was having. MAybe when the next batch is out I'll order one.

I'd like to know how many indivisions were sold. There's certainly a market for an A1200 class machine that runs aga games or lay mp3's and such.

Minimig AGA or Natami can't come soon enough.

I got the component adapter and it doesnt work. I have the scart cable sold on ebay from this dude...

Don't know if ts the cable or the converter box. I'm switching to a SCART to HDMI and ordering another scart cable from another vendor.

Tread very lightly when looking for an Amiga monitor. I've been burned with at least one monitor that was supposed to sync down to 15 khz and it didn't it's rally trial and error. It blows my mind that in europe folks can go to the local retailer and you get a scart enabled tv.. Problem solved.

you can buy this and use an old VGA switchbox with all your amigas. You will also need one 23 pin to vga cable.

Youd think an A600 would be a nice little machine to take to a big retailer and see if they'll let you connect the machine to the various tv's. I tried it once and they told me no way and laughed out loud once they saw the commodore logo and the Amiga logo. Yet at another store they were cool with the MiniMIG as I told them it was an ARCADE machine prototype.

Once you get past the 15 klhz issue you have the pal 50hz issue to deal with. LIERBAG here on the Amiga.org forum told me that Phillips montiors will do 50hz in the usa but I have not tried them out.

Excuse the use of that word...but it just fits. Int's one of the few expletives allowed on US primetime Network TV here in the Puritan settled United States of America.

Yes The Commodore 1084's were awesome... In the states we had the Toshiba TIMM, a 20" beast that worked as a TV and had an Amiga 15 klhz input. I had two. I sold them and have kicked myself in teh butt since. They worked perfectly. I only have a 2002 monitor that displays some flickering when I connect an AMiga to it. Better than nothing I guess.

Yep folks aways commented on the 1084. My A1000 with the A1300 gelock with Workbenches 1.3 blue color replaced with live broadcast Cable tv or a VCR tape blew my Pc friends away. Fire up some BattleSquadron purchased for $5 at the bargain bin an we were happy... until Wing Commander came out, then I was blown away.
