Hyperion already was wrong the last time they said
that there are no bugs in Articia. So why should
somebody trust them this time?

In this case yes. Because those issues happen
randomly under "normal" use but can be
reproduced under very specific conditions.

Ok, so you have not tested the board/Articia chipset
