I would love to be able to preorder one of these A600 accelerators, but it is not clear where from?

Are you going to be selling it directly?

Also would it be possible to get it with a 33 mhz crystal (I really don't like any sort of overclocking)? If not I can probably find one on older 486 motherboards (hopefully)

would be just as easy to use faster 030 since card is soceted in stead of un solder ociliator

From what I understand the crystal should be socketed as well. In any case I think it's easier than finding a different 030 CPU...
