DIY CD32 floppy drive

Has anyone ever made one of these http://aminet.net/package/docs/hard/cd32_floppy ?

It's the same as a standard 1mb (880k) Amiga drive. The parallel port is the same as any other Amiga as well. It also has a gfx output connector - not sure of it's "name" but I have had one connected to a 1081 through a SCART cable in the past.

Edit: reading the specs of the floppy drive it appears to be a HD floppy drive. But, I think it is actually configured as a DD drive.
