trouble putting in ram expansion

Hi people,

Got my RCA120 delivered today, im struggling to put in my expansion, it wont seem to slide in and its loose, and trying with some force, but it wont connect to the motherboard. what can i do?

yes it is. it goes in a little bit, but i cant fit it the whole way in.

Sometimes it can be a pain trying to get these suckers in.  With my Cobra I took the case top off to get better leverage and i was so paranoid I was gonna break something because it seemed to be stuck.  It was the only way I could be happy it wasnt getting caugt on something.

haha i was thinking it sounded dodgy after i posted it.

well its working now, managed to persevere and actually lodge it in with a screwdriver.. now ill need to file now my trapdoor inside grooves because it doesnt fit. talk about shoddy hardware :(
