Both chips have a similar PGA pinout, but the 060 has some more pins in the rectangular hole that the PGA forms. You will have to remove the solder from the inner holes also. I recommend you to have a look at some boards in the BBofAH to see the difference (Blizzard 1240 and 1260 illustrate clearly this). But to be really sure, download the manuals from freescale site. That sould clear all doubts.
