There might be a surprise announcement at the Show, they've already given away the fact that Sam will be available to buy, I think they are probably holding back on something, like this time last year when there where some teasers which led to a bit of a guessing game until the show itself.
The surprise announcement last year came from McEwen who announced OS4 support for SAM and "great cooperation" between them. Oh well, announcements, don't we all love them? :roll:

so there is nothing to stop them shipping OS4 during the court case.
Wrong conclusion. This has nothing to do with the preliminary injunction. Until a final judgement, the existing OS4 contract is still intact. Of course Hyperion _could_ ship OS4 for SAM during the court case, but it would be a rather risky thing to do. Not so with OS4 on Classics, since it is included in the original OS4 contract and doesn't require any agreement/license from Amiga Inc.
