i've read that this model of the Perfect Sound only works with the A1000, could that be correct?
The first Perfect Sound only works with the A1000. The follow-up models also work on other Amigas. I once had a Perfect Sound III (black case) for my A500. I remember that the application that came with the sampler refused to work with the 68010 and Kickstart 2.04.
