Nope. That would only work if he is a OS4-betatester. Otherwise there is no way of getting access to OS4 for Blizzard PPC.

There is simply no way of getting hold of OS4 for BPPC/CSPPC if you are not part of the elitist circle of betatesters.
So there is currently no point in buying a BPPC if you intend to run OS4 on it.
