Best way to network Amiga to Mac?
« on: January 03, 2012, 01:02:06 PM »
What i would like is to be able to transfer files from my Mac onto my A1200 with ease and over the network.

I easily share my Mac wireless connection to my P4 PC using an ethernet cable and enabling the Share internet from wireless to cable using System preferences.

I would like to do the same to my Amiga.

The Mac is a 2010 iMac with Lion.

The Amiga is an A1200 with WB3.1 and i have a PCMCIA network card (not setup).

I dont really know where to start.

Just for the record, i do not care about browsing the web or anything like that using the Amiga. Back when i had my A4000T with CSMK2 68060, 128MB and PIV browsing was fine but i know it would be crap on an 030 A1200 with no RTG.
