I want the boing logo on my menu bar... how?

I saw some AmigaOS installations where there is a small Boing ball on the title/menu bar on the top of the screen..

How do i do this? What do i need?

I have OS 3.9

The installations you see most of the times involve installing AfA OS.
You need an RTG card for that though.

Other methods are with the Visual Prefs that koshman told earlier

I have a Picasso IV, so i think it should do the trick for AFA no?
