They were pretty slow by today's standards with my order -- also over the holidays. Not counting their holiday closure, and 3 days of fedex, it still took them a full week(7 days) to pack and ship my order. Everything ordered was "in stock."
No complaints with service, response time to emails, etc -- just a little slow.
Most companies I deal with regularly ship same day, so I guess I'm spoiled.
