'draggled' is not really appropriate here. It usuallt refers to something wet and dirty, as from being dragged on the ground, or through mud. If one fell into a creek, one could be said to be bedraggled.
I'm also not sure that they are 'wrap connectors'. Unfortunately, the term 'pluggable connection' does not hold a one-to-one correspondence with the term 'wrap connection'.
Someone offered the description 'dirty CPU connectors', which I presume is a more apt alternative.
