I haven't used those expansion cards, but most likely you just have standard external SCSI cables.  You can just do a search regarding that.  The 50 pin connector (assuming it's not a ribbon cable) is probably an HD50 or high density 50 pin.  Another common type is a centronics connector.  The 50 pin types have redundant connectors, as compared to the DB25 types.  This should hold true at least for SCSI2.  Not sure about the newer standards.

edit- sorry, I'm a bit confused from your post: you said you don't have the cables, but then said you have the original cables?  Were you describing the connectors on the cards?
Good good study, day day up!

Are your SCSI devices internal types (ie, not mounted in an external chasis)?  If so, they probably have 50 pin ribbon connectors, right (normally 0.1", 25x2rows)?  What connections do your SCSI cards have on board?  Am I right in thinking the Blizzard603e+ has a 50 pin 25x2 0.1" connector available?  I think you may be able to just attach a standard SCSI ribbon cable to that connector.  You can buy various types of SCSI ribbon cables, depending on how many devices you want to attach.  They're generally not too expensive, and you can actually make your own.  External cables are usually more expensive, as they feature nicely arranged shielding coverage, and are normally very robust.  If you can identify the connectors available on your cards, you can work from there.
