I rarely shop, but when I went into the CC in Emeryville CA a month ago for a digitizer, I found a poorly lit store, items were displayed carelessly, and nobody around to help. They were more interested in talking to each other then volunteering to help. I joked to the cashier that every time I buy major purchases, the store closes soon after.
