trying to remember animated requesters for OS2.1
« on: November 10, 2006, 06:22:33 AM »
Help jog my memory guys. Back when I had OS2.1 on my A2000, there was a program that went with Magic WorkBench that had the name ______prefs and turned the boring old C= requesters into animated requesters, like having a disk going into a floppy drive, and a neat animated info screen with star trek alarm sound.

Now if I remember, it was limited to OS2.1 (I think). Is there something similar for OS3.5?

I'm not familiar with either of the two you mentioned, but I'll check out ReqAttack. Thanks.

Arq! Yeah, that was a neat program.

For some reason, I was thinking of Nickprefs.

Thats a neat little animation.

Girlfriends and wives always feel threatened by computers. So in a sense, you are playing around with another "amiga".  :-)
