Does not the 4000t just use standard AT connectors? Then just buy a ATX to AT adapter plenty of them everywhere for a few bucks.

(green and black lead should be hooked up to the power button).

Wait what? Whats wrong with mine? It should work just fine.

The one you linked do not have wires for the power button, how will you turn on the A4000T then?

To be honest I would not use anything but good quality PSU's in anything I care about, I have seen my fair share of dodgy PSU fails and consequences afterwards.
PSU's seems to be something many people tend to ignore but it's a cheap insurance :)

Startech seems to be one of those junk PSU's you should stay away from :/
