If by "the dos card" you mean one of the bridgeboards, then you can get Windoze 3.1 running on it. You need a VGA card and preferably, a dedicated HD. I remember doing this back in the day... but pulled it out before Win95 was available. There is only 8MB of RAM on the bridgeboard, I suspect 95 and 98 would have a problem with that.
