I converted all mine to CDROM... (destructively) It's much easier to carry 20 CDs than about 10 milk crates full of paper. :-) There were a lot of Amiga titles in the USA. Probably more than any other brand at the time. Certainly more than the market could support. :-)
Amiga World
Amazing Computing
.info
Amiga Sentry
Amiga Project
Transactor (Amiga)
AC's Tech Journal
AW Tech
Antic's Amiga
Compute's Amiga Journal
RoboCity News
I'm sure I missed some...

The really annoying thing is that I found one lone issue of Amazing in the trunk of my car... after finishing the 20th CD

JimS: yea..whats up w/those cd's... what did you do? scan every page ?  how about a copy? LOL.

Yes, I scanned most every page. At first it was manual, so I omitted a lot of ads and such. There are a very few imports where I only scanned the articles I was interested in. A friend found me a surplus scanner with an autofeed that needed a little repair. So I would cut the spine off the magazine and run the pages through. Zap... recycled paper. :-)  I have thought about making them available, but it would probably be illegal. :-/

That must have been an enormous project to undertake! Any chance of sharing those CD's?  :-D

Well, it wasn't so bad once my friend found that autofeed scanner. The biggest problem was the early AmigaWorlds and the European magazines which were wider than the scanner's image area. It would almost certainly be illegal to sell the collection. Pity though, I would like to see it online somewhere - somewhere with bandwidth to spare. :-)
