A1200 keyboard is going to require heavy modification in order to be used in an A500.
An A500 keyboard has it's own controller board in the empty space that you can see in the A1200 keyboard upper right corner. In an A500 the ribbon cable is also located there and it connects to the controller board. See link for reference.
A500 keyboardCan't really tell from that auction picture but it is possible that yours could be fixed simply by getting a new 'Z' key cap and possibly the spring.
