That's one reason I went and got a Cannon MultiPass F60. I figured it would be cheaper to buy the Black, Cayon, Magenta, and Yellow cartridges than the Black and Color cartridges for the el cheapo $20-$40 printer I had. I was paying about $20 for Black and $25 for Color at Walmart for my old Epson Stylus 400. Now I can get a whole set (B,C,M,Y) for my Canon for little over $20. It was just sickening to pay more for total ink replacement than the printer cost.

@pablotinch

  The quality is very good. Printouts from the flatbed scanner look almost like the original (even closer on matching papter). You should still be able to buy one. Though it looks like it's been replaced with the MultiPass MP 700. It's the same features, just a new case colour and name.
