You might want to contact Hyperion Enterainment directly. I think either the Sales Manager and Commercial Relations or US Liaison would be the ones to contact.

  It is for the AmigaOne Earlybird owners only. Thus the Pre-Release Developer's version is only for the AmigaOne.

As stated in the second paragraph:
"The Amiga OS 4.0 Developer Pre-release consists of a current snapshot of AmigaOS 4.0 for the AmigaOne platform"
