I think he should have filtered this through is lawyers spelling/grammar checker.  What is his trademark? Shouldn't he be issuing such warnings through his lawyers anyway? It's a hard read.

That would be difficult and time consuming as the site has a few thousand users. Going through all those user accounts could take years.... :)
