Hmm, I'm not familar with that game. It is good to know when the game came out so it can be match to the most compatable Amiga OS version and Kickstart. Say if it was one of the earliest game out, it might have originally run on an A500. Which would meam you would need Amiga OS and Kickstart 1.2 or 1.3.
I found Hoyles Hook of Games 1 listed on the Lemon Amiga site (
http://www.lemonamiga.com) as for the A500. So, I'm assuming the same may be true for #3. Therefore, A500 setting should work the best using Kickstart 1.3 and Amiga OS 1.3 (if needed).
For speed, you could try turning off sound and/or setting it to display every other frame or so.
