A Classic setup look like what would fit what you listed. Though it may cost more or as much as a new AmigaOne/OS4.0 system.
If you have access to a PC, you could check out
AROS. Also
AROS-EXEC for the community website.
It won't do everything you want yet, but it is getting there. I believe they have a hosted Mac version you could try.
