Okay, I was busy earlier when I saw this topic. Should have stepped in then.
A few of you here need to read the Posting Guidlines a few times. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.
You don't like the offer the guy made, don't respond. He obviously doen't know the current valuations. All someone needed to do and was done, was to correct him in what the current market values are.
