Haha yeah. Nice easter egg that, although I prefer the Ram Disk one with the Easter egg icon

Yeah it can only been seen if you have 3.9 and the BB1/BB2 update was loaded via SetPatch on startup.

It does.
Kickstart 3.1 doesn't have that easter egg which means that the updated BootMenu module that resides in "AmigaOS ROM Update" file under Devs is responsible.
That module is loaded with SetPatch so before the first reset... there is no way you can see the easter egg
