This new Indivision will fit well with a BVision ?

Even the older Indivision had issues together with BVision. It required removal of the plastic connector to be able to fit right.

I seriously doubt that the new Indy will fit together nicely with BVision without soldering wires directly to the Indivision connector.
Connector's plug seems really thick (like Amstrad or old 5 1/4 floppies) but we can know for sure once the product reaches some people.

...For that matter, how difficult would it be to have an HDMI port connected to the Mk2 versus the DVI?

Kipper2k from EAB made an HDMI adapter for it.

how is everyone going to mount their CF cards? Or do you just let them hang?

kipper2k's CF adapter is really awesome tbh.
