I don't think there is a solution to your problem mate...
I had the same problem with my Samsung 23" LCD/TV.
Some sets, can't go lower than 56Hz Vsync so the 50Hz of the SD just aren't enough for it to sync.
I only managed to sync a Samsung Syncmaster 940MW 19" LCD/TV but sadly the set I got had 2 dead pixels so I returned it and got the 23" that doesn't work.
Fortunatelly there are alternative solutions like RGB-->Scart for Input and the fantastic S-VHS adapter by DJBase that worked like a charm in my 23"
Another solution would be, acquiring Jens Internal SD/FF when this will be available sometime soon (I guess/hope!) that can provide more Vsync than all classic SD/FF's making it almost certain to run on all TFT's
