Have been tempted but does the benefit justify the cost? Run AmigaAMP fine on my 3000T with CSMKII 060.

The benefit is being able to do other things while music is playing I suppose. Even with a 060 it pretty much consumes all CPU if you're playing mp3's in full quality.

There's also a new card, AmiGUS, that's close to being finished. Alinea has it listed but not avaliable yet. So yes, there are alternatives.
