I wonder if you've got the proper BB archives then because mine are lha and no passwords.

Ah, I see.. just checked and it's passworded.

Have you tried with unzip instead?

Yes and no. I checked and the file AmigaOS-Update inside is a zip file with password protection, something I gather the installer takes care of internally when you run it.
